One of our most effective information delivery solutions incorporates web-based document storage and retrieval. You can provide convenient and secure document access to remote business locations or clients across the corporate Intranet or the Internet.  You control user access at the application, document and even page level.  Your investment is a monthly fee based on the gigabyte storage requirement for your documents.  There is no charge for the number of users who access the secure document repository or for the number of pages cached.  Simply install the ActiveX plugin in your browser (Microsoft IE 5.0 or higher) when you first sign in and you are ready to start. 

Monitoring software collects information about each user visiting your document repository including what documents and pages were retrieved and if the user viewed, printed or emailed a page or document.  This convenient user tracking report is very helpful when complying with company policy or other mandated regulatory requirements.
